Registering in PIEE
The Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) is the enterprise application the Department of Defense uses to manage transactions from procurement to payment. Many modules exist under PIEE, including the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) which is needed per DFARS 252.204-7012.
To register in PIEE, follow these steps:
- Call PIEE Service Desk at 866-618-5988 to get your NCAGE code activated. The NCAGE code is different from your CAGE code.
- Go to the PIEE website at https://piee.eb.mil
- Click "Register" in PIEE to register as the Contract Administrator. A Contract Administrator must first be established in PIEE/WAWF. The Contract Administrator is the account admin and will be responsible for authorizing access to applications in PIEE for all your company's employee(s) as well as making changes to the account.
- Click "Agree"
- Select the user type "Vendor"
- Select "User ID \ Password" from the drop down menu
- Create a personal User ID and Password with the criteria presented on the screen and click "Next"
- Fill out the "Security Questions" (Three different questions with three different answers are required) and click "Next"
- Fill out the "User Profile" section and click "Next"
- Fill out the "Company Information" and "Supervisor Information" section and click "Next"
- Select the PIEE Application
- Select the Contractor Administrator Role
- Click "Add Roles"
- Click "Group Lookup"
- Enter your CAGE code and select "Search"
- Then select "Search by Location Code"
- Finally, click on your CAGE code Group (ie. TOP\OGDENVENDORS\"your cage code")
- Click "Next"
- Enter the reason you are requesting the Contractor Administrator Role in the "Justification" field and click "Next" (e.g. "Invoice Contracts")
- Click "Next"
- Verify all your entries are correct and click "Next"
- Read and accept the statement of accountability
- Click on the signature block and this will generate an OTP (One Time Password) that will be sent to the email address you entered earlier.
- Take the OTP (One Time Password) you receive and enter it in the provided field.
- Click "Submit Registration"
- This completes the PIEE registration.
